HCF was delighted to attend the unveiling of Herefordshire Carers latest art project at The Courtyard; celebrating their work and supporters as part of Carers Week 5-11 June 2023.  The wall hanging will visit the towns around Herefordshire over the next 12 months. We were especially delighted to see a panel dedicated to HCF – thank you Herefordshire Carers!
