Philippa Spens

Philippa has worked in finance and charities in various roles over thirty years.

Most recently she was CEO of Herefordshire Community Foundation and has excellent knowledge of the third sector in Herefordshire and the county’s needs.

Philippa became a Trustee in January 2021.
